our california family!

Kyle and I are not originally from southern CA. Nope not even a little bit. I am from the great state of Washington where I am lucky to call Seattle my hometown and my amazing better half is from Wisconsin, Twin Lakes to be exact.. (ladies if you can snag a boy from the Midwest, do it they are the best). So both of our families are far away and we only see them a few times a year and that gets hard. Sometimes you want to go to Sunday dinner at the parents, go cry to your sister or just be in the house you grew up in, with the familiar smells and memories surrounding you! It has made Kyle and I incredibly close as a married couple, but there are days it is hard, and not enough phone calls can make your family seem closer…

We are however lucky to have our California Family. We have been blessed with a close group of friends who make us laugh, are incredibly supportive, come to family dinner on Sundays and believe in us and encourage us to pursue our dreams.. So to them, you all know who you are, I want to say… Thank you, Love you, and couldn’t ask for a better California Family!
